Cabin 11345 · Icon of the Seas

Cabin 11345 is a Surfside Family View Balcony on Icon of the Seas.

Cabin 11345 is a Surfside Family View Balcony on Deck 11 of Icon of the Seas. You are well aft. Out at this end you feel the sea. In rough water the movement here is noticeably stronger. This far aft you may also pick up a hum from the propellers, usually at night when the ship is making speed between ports. Some people never notice it, others find it soothing, a few cannot ignore it. We score it 3 out of 10 for steadiness. If you are at all prone to seasickness, look elsewhere.

Quiet comes out at 8 out of 10, roughly par for this ship. For getting about it is 3 out of 10, so add a few minutes to everywhere you go.

Of the 318 cabin positions on Deck 11, this is the 305th from forward.

It is booked as a Surfside Family View Balcony. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Worth knowing before you book: Crown and Anchor pays one cruise point a night at this grade. A suite pays two, and so does sailing solo on a double occupancy fare, which is the cheaper of the two routes if you are travelling alone anyway. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.

Against the rest of the ship it is quieter than 76 per cent of the 2,814 cabins on board, livelier in a swell than most of them and further from the action than most. It suits light sleepers. It is a poor fit for anyone who feels motion badly and anyone who finds long corridors and stairs hard work.

Scored by Cruise Ship Wiki using model v1.8, from the position of this cabin relative to every public space on the ship. Each part is out of 10.
