Cruise Ship Wiki

📚 Help & Guide

Everything you can do on Cruise Ship Wiki, in plain language - what each feature is, how to use it, and how to put it all together to plan a great cruise. New here? Start with the quick guide, then dip into whatever you need.

✨ Two quick things to get the most out of the site

Browsing is free and open to everyone. A free account unlocks your personal tools - logging your cruises, tracking loyalty and casino offers, saving your wallet, and adding photos. And you can install the site like an app for one-tap access.

🚢 The Fleet & ships

Browse every ship by cruise line. Each ship has its own page with the vital stats (size, year, capacity, decks), its history, and a link to its deck plans. Use The Fleet to explore, or Cruise Lines to start from a brand. Ships that have retired live under Closed Lines.

How to use it

📐 Interactive deck plans

Our signature feature: pan-and-zoom deck plans with every venue, bar, dining room, and cabin block labeled, deck by deck. Great for picking a cabin location, finding your way around before you sail, or settling a "where's the pool deck?" debate. Coverage is deepest for Royal Caribbean today and expanding across the fleet.

🧭 Cruise Planner & My Cruises

My Cruises is your personal cruise log - add the sailings you've taken and the ones you have booked. It's the backbone of the site: your logged sailings automatically drive your loyalty tiers and points math, and feed your planning tools.

How to use it

🎖 Loyalty & tier tracking

Track your standing in each cruise line's loyalty program in one place - Royal Caribbean (Crown & Anchor), Celebrity (Captain's Club), Princess (Captain's Circle), and Carnival (VIFP) - on the Casino & Loyalty page. It also shows Royal Caribbean Group's automatic cross-brand status match, so you can see how your Crown & Anchor tier carries to sister brands.

How to use it

🎰 Casino offers & voucher wallet

If you play in the casino, this is the good stuff. Your voucher wallet (inside Casino & Loyalty) holds your casino offers - free cruises, discounted rates, onboard credit - with their codes, redeem-by dates, and eligible sailings, so nothing slips past its deadline. You can also track your Club Royale casino status alongside it.

Getting your offers in

There are three ways to fill your wallet:

1
Auto-import (recommended) - a small browser helper reads your Royal Caribbean Casino Royale offers and files them into your wallet in one click. It links to your account automatically once you're signed in here - no codes to copy, and your cruise-line password never leaves your browser. Set it up on Connect Casino Offers. Royal Caribbean today - more lines coming
2
In the app - if you use the Cruise Ship Wiki app, it can import your offers in-app with the same one-tap flow, no browser extension needed.
3
Add manually - snap or type an offer into your wallet by hand anytime. Handy for offers that arrive by mail or email.

Once they're in

Privacy: the helper reads only your offers list and sends it to your own wallet. It never sees, stores, or transmits your cruise-line password, and the site runs no ads and never sells your data.

🫒 Muster

The Muster feature helps you get your safety-drill and muster-station details squared away before you sail, so embarkation day is smoother. Find it under Muster.

🛍 Essentials & guides

Cruise Essentials and our guides pull together the practical stuff - what to pack, port pointers, and how-to-cruise basics - so first-timers and veterans alike can prep quickly.

📷 Contribute - photos & edits

Cruise Ship Wiki is community-maintained, and members make it better. With a free account you can add cabin and venue photos, submit suggested edits to ship and venue details, and even apply to become an editor.

How to use it

📱 The app & installing

Cruise Ship Wiki works great in any browser, and you can also keep it one tap away:

Install as an app (any phone, right now)

A dedicated Android app is also on the way through Google Play. For now, the install-to-home-screen option above gives you the same one-tap experience on any device.

⛵ Plan a cruise, step by step

Here's how the pieces fit together to actually plan a trip:

1
Find your ship. Browse The Fleet and open its deck plans to scope cabins, dining, and layout.
2
Log it. Add the sailing to My Cruises so it's on your calendar and counts toward loyalty.
3
Check your status & perks. See where you stand on Casino & Loyalty, including cross-brand matches.
4
Pull in your casino offers. Import them to your wallet, then use the Stacker to squeeze the most value before deadlines hit.
5
Prep to sail. Skim Essentials, sort your muster details, and install the app so it's all in your pocket at the port.

❓ Frequently asked questions

Is Cruise Ship Wiki free?

Yes. Browsing ships, deck plans, and guides is free and open to everyone. A free account unlocks your personal tools - cruise log, loyalty tracking, casino wallet, and photo/edit contributions. The site is reader-supported and ad-free.

Do I need an account?

Not to browse. You'll want a free account for anything personal: My Cruises, loyalty tracking, your casino voucher wallet, and adding photos or edits.

Is my cruise-line password safe when importing casino offers?

Yes. The import helper only reads the offers already shown on your logged-in Royal Caribbean offers page and sends that list to your own wallet. It never sees, stores, or transmits your cruise-line password - that stays entirely in your browser. No ads, no data selling.

Which cruise lines are supported?

Ship data and loyalty tracking cover Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess, and Carnival. Deck plans are deepest for Royal Caribbean and expanding across the fleet. Casino offer auto-import is Royal Caribbean today, with more lines on the roadmap.

How is my loyalty status calculated?

From the sailings you log in My Cruises, plus any starting balance you set if you had points before you began logging. Update your log and your tiers update automatically.

How do I import my Casino Royale offers?

Open Connect Casino Offers and follow the one-time setup for the browser helper (or use the app). Then, while signed in to Royal Caribbean on your offers page, click Sync - your offers land in your wallet automatically.

How do I install the app?

On iPhone (Safari): Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android (Chrome): menu → Install app. See The app & installing above. A Google Play app is also on the way.

Can I contribute or fix something that's wrong?

Absolutely - that's the point of a wiki. With a free account you can suggest edits, add photos, and apply to become an editor. See Contribute.
