Cabin 11544 · Ovation of the Seas
Deck 11 · Royal Caribbean International
Cabin 11544 is an Ocean View Balcony on Ovation of the Seas, 182 to 198 square feet plus a private balcony of 42 to 55 square feet.
Cabin 11544 is an Ocean View Balcony on Deck 11 of Ovation of the Seas, far forward. This is a long way from the pivot, so a swell reaches you before it reaches anyone midship. We score it 5 out of 10 for steadiness.
You are right beside Adventure Ocean, some 2 cabins along the corridor. Handy, though worth knowing about if you sleep lightly. The upper level of the kids complex, forward on deck 12. Sessions run 9 to 12, 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 on sea days, with late night party zone babysitting from 10pm to 2am. Worth knowing: same story as the level below. The noise is a hundred children moving through a corridor at changeover, not the rooms themselves. Quiet scores 5 out of 10. There is enough going on nearby that a light sleeper should think about it. For getting about, 6 out of 10.
Counting from the bow, it is the 29th cabin position of 167 along Deck 11. Deck 11 also has Adventure Ocean on it. There are 273 cabins along this deck, so the corridor is a long walk end to end.
An Ocean View Balcony gives you 182-198 square feet. The balcony adds another 42-55 on top of that. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.
Worth knowing before you book: Crown and Anchor pays one cruise point a night at this grade. A suite pays two, and so does sailing solo on a double occupancy fare, which is the cheaper of the two routes if you are travelling alone anyway. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.
Against the rest of the ship it is noisier than three quarters of the 2,142 cabins on board. It is a poor fit for anyone who wakes when a door closes.
Scored by Cruise Ship Wiki using model v1.8, from the position of this cabin relative to every public space on the ship. Each part is out of 10.
