Cabin 11711 · Spectrum of the Seas

Cabin 11711 is an Interior on Spectrum of the Seas, 150 to 172 square feet.

Cabin 11711 is an Interior on Deck 11 of Spectrum of the Seas, well aft. This is a long way from the pivot, so a swell reaches you before it reaches anyone midship. This far aft you may also pick up a hum from the propellers, usually at night when the ship is making speed between ports. Some people never notice it, others find it soothing, a few cannot ignore it. We score it 4 out of 10 for steadiness.

We give it 9 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about it is 3 out of 10, so add a few minutes to everywhere you go.

Of the 178 cabin positions on Deck 11, this is the 165th from forward. You share Deck 11 with Adventure Ocean. There are 280 cabins along this deck, so the corridor is a long walk end to end.

The Interior grade runs 150-172 square feet. No window, which makes it the darkest and cheapest room on board and, for a lot of people, the best sleep they get all week. If waking to daylight matters to you, an ocean view is the smallest step up.

On loyalty, this is a standard grade, so Crown and Anchor credits its base one cruise point a night. There are exactly two ways to double that: move up to a suite, or sail on your own on a double occupancy fare. Either pays two a night, and doing both pays three. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.

Against the rest of the ship it is as quiet as anything on board, livelier in a swell than most of them and further from the action than most. It suits light sleepers. It is a poor fit for anyone who feels motion badly and anyone who finds long corridors and stairs hard work.
