Cabin 12288 · Harmony of the Seas

Cabin 12288 is an Ocean View Balcony on Harmony of the Seas, 182 to 198 square feet plus a private balcony of 42 to 55 square feet.

Cabin 12288 is an Ocean View Balcony on Deck 12 of Harmony of the Seas, and it sits midship. You are near the middle of the hull, where the ship does the least moving. In rough water that matters more than most people expect. We score it 8 out of 10 for steadiness.

The aft lift bank, port sits on the deck below, roughly 1 cabin along the ship from you. You will still walk to the stairs or the lift to reach it, so treat it as a landmark rather than a neighbour. Quiet comes out at 8 out of 10, roughly par for this ship. For getting about it scores 9 out of 10, so almost everything is a short walk.

Of the 172 cabin positions on Deck 12, this is the 120th from forward.

The Ocean View Balcony grade runs 182-198 square feet. The balcony adds another 42-55 on top of that. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Worth knowing before you book: Crown and Anchor pays one cruise point a night at this grade. A suite pays two, and so does sailing solo on a double occupancy fare, which is the cheaper of the two routes if you are travelling alone anyway. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.

Against the rest of the ship it is quieter than 91 per cent of the 2,878 cabins on board, steadier in a swell than 87 per cent of them and better placed for getting around than 97 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers, travellers prone to seasickness and families running back to the cabin several times a day.
