Cabin 1326 · Carnival Conquest

Cabin 1326 is an Interior (category 4B1) on Carnival Conquest, 149 to 185 square feet.

Cabin 1326 is an Interior on Deck 1, the Riviera deck, of Carnival Conquest, midship. You are near the bottom of the passenger decks, which is the steadiest place to be, though it is a fair climb to the open air. This is the steady part of the ship. When it gets lumpy, midship is where you want to be. We score it 10 out of 10 for steadiness, which puts it among the calmest rooms on the ship.

Toulouse-Lautrec sits two decks up, roughly 1 cabin along the ship from you. A deck between you takes most of the noise out of it, and it is a short trip when you want it. We give it 10 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about it is 4 out of 10, so add a few minutes to everywhere you go.

Of the 123 cabin positions on Deck 1, this is the 58th from forward. You are about as central as the corridor gets, so it is a similar walk whichever way you turn out of your door.

The Interior grade runs 149-185 square feet. No window, which makes it the darkest and cheapest room on board and, for a lot of people, the best sleep they get all week. If waking to daylight matters to you, an ocean view is the smallest step up.

Against the rest of the ship it is as quiet as anything on board, as steady in a swell as any cabin on the ship and better placed for getting around than 83 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers and travellers prone to seasickness. It is a poor fit for anyone who finds long corridors and stairs hard work.
