Cabin 13522 · Anthem of the Seas
Deck 13 · Royal Caribbean International
Cabin 13522 is an Ocean View Balcony on Anthem of the Seas, 182 to 198 square feet plus a private balcony of 42 to 55 square feet.
Cabin 13522 is an Ocean View Balcony on Deck 13 of Anthem of the Seas. You are far forward. You are at the top of the passenger decks, so the pools and the open air are just up the stairs, and you feel the ship move more than anyone below you. This is a long way from the pivot, so a swell reaches you before it reaches anyone midship. Right up in the bow, a head sea can send a shudder through the hull that midship guests never feel at all. We score it 4 out of 10 for steadiness.
Solarium sits on the deck above, roughly 2 cabins along the ship from you. A deck between you takes most of the noise out of it, and it is a short trip when you want it. Quiet scores 5 out of 10. There is enough going on nearby that a light sleeper should think about it. For getting about, 6 out of 10.
Of the 139 cabin positions on Deck 13, this is the 3rd from forward. That puts you right at the forward end of the run, where the corridor stops and the footfall dies away. You share Deck 13 with Conference Center. There are 219 cabins along this deck, so the corridor is a fairly ordinary length.
The Ocean View Balcony grade runs 182-198 square feet. The balcony adds another 42-55 on top of that. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.
On loyalty, this is a standard grade, so Crown and Anchor credits its base one cruise point a night. There are exactly two ways to double that: move up to a suite, or sail on your own on a double occupancy fare. Either pays two a night, and doing both pays three. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.
Against the rest of the ship it is noisier than three quarters of the 2,102 cabins on board and livelier in a swell than most of them. It is a poor fit for anyone who wakes when a door closes and anyone who feels motion badly.
Scored by Cruise Ship Wiki using model v1.8, from the position of this cabin relative to every public space on the ship. Each part is out of 10.
