Cabin 14071 · MSC World America

Cabin 14071 is an Infinite Ocean View Aurea on Deck 14 of MSC World America. You are forward of midship. There is some movement here, more than midship and a good deal less than the ends. Most people never think about it. We score it 6 out of 10 for steadiness.

You are practically next door to the forward port lift bank, 2 cabins along. Nothing on board is a shorter walk. The price is footsteps past your door and the lift chiming at odd hours. Quiet comes out at 8 out of 10, roughly par for this ship. For getting about, 8 out of 10.

Of the 191 cabin positions on Deck 14, this is the 50th from forward.

The Infinite Ocean View Aurea grade runs 215 square feet. You get daylight and a sense of where you are without paying balcony money. The window does not open, so it is the view but not the air.

Against the rest of the ship it is better placed for getting around than 95 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers and families running back to the cabin several times a day.

Scored by Cruise Ship Wiki using model v1.8, from the position of this cabin relative to every public space on the ship. Each part is out of 10.
