Cabin 14087 · MSC World America

Cabin 14087 is a Deluxe Balcony on Deck 14 of MSC World America, forward of midship. You will feel a bit more motion than a midship cabin. Nothing dramatic. We score it 7 out of 10 for steadiness.

You are 7 cabins from the forward port lift bank. Close enough to be useful, far enough that it should not keep you awake. We give it 9 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about, 7 out of 10.

Of the 191 cabin positions on Deck 14, this is the 66th from forward.

The Deluxe Balcony grade runs 161-183 square feet. The balcony adds another 32-65 on top of that. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Against the rest of the ship it is as quiet as anything on board and better placed for getting around than 82 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers.

Scored by Cruise Ship Wiki using model v1.8, from the position of this cabin relative to every public space on the ship. Each part is out of 10.
