Cabin 14420 · Carnival Celebration

Cabin 14420 is a Balcony (category 8F) on Carnival Celebration.

Cabin 14420 is a Balcony on Deck 14 of Carnival Celebration. You are midship. That is about as close to the ship's pivot point as you can get, and in a swell you will feel it less here than anywhere else on board. We score it 8 out of 10 for steadiness.

It is 4 cabins along the corridor to the lift bank. Close enough to be useful, far enough that it should not keep you awake. We give it 10 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about, 6 out of 10.

Counting from the bow, it is the 104th cabin position of 147 along Deck 14.

It is booked as a Balcony. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Against the rest of the ship it is as quiet as anything on board, steadier in a swell than 94 per cent of them and better placed for getting around than 79 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers and travellers prone to seasickness.
