Cabin 15497 · Carnival Celebration

Cabin 15497 is a Balcony (category 8F) on Carnival Celebration.

Cabin 15497 is a Balcony on Deck 15 of Carnival Celebration, aft of midship. There is some movement here, more than midship and a good deal less than the ends. Most people never think about it. We score it 6 out of 10 for steadiness.

A stairwell sits on the deck below, roughly 2 cabins along the ship from you. You will still walk to the stairs or the lift to reach it, so treat it as a landmark rather than a neighbour. We give it 9 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about, 6 out of 10.

Of the 144 cabin positions on Deck 15, this is the 135th from forward.

It is booked as a Balcony. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Against the rest of the ship it is better placed for getting around than 79 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers.
