Cabin 16035 · MSC World America

Cabin 16035 is an MSC Yacht Club Deluxe Suite on Deck 16 of MSC World America, forward of midship. There is some movement here, more than midship and a good deal less than the ends. Most people never think about it. We score it 6 out of 10 for steadiness.

You are practically next door to the forward port lift bank, 2 cabins along. Nothing on board is a shorter walk. The price is footsteps past your door and the lift chiming at odd hours. Quiet comes out at 8 out of 10, roughly par for this ship. For getting about, 8 out of 10.

Of the 164 cabin positions on Deck 16, this is the 41st from forward.

The MSC Yacht Club Deluxe Suite grade runs 237-323 square feet. The balcony adds another 43-86 on top of that. At suite level you are buying more than square feet. Suites almost always carry priority boarding and priority disembarkation, and the higher grades on most lines add a restaurant, a lounge or a sun deck of their own. Junior and entry level suites often get none of that, so it is worth checking what this particular grade includes rather than assuming the whole list comes with the word.

MSC counts Voyagers Club points by experience rather than by night, and Yacht Club is the top rung: 800 points for a sailing under five nights, 1,500 for five to nine and 2,000 for ten or more, against 200, 500 and 700 down at Bella. They are credited per person, not per cabin, and a free upgrade does not lift you, so you earn on the experience you actually booked. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.

Against the rest of the ship it is better placed for getting around than 95 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers and families running back to the cabin several times a day.
