Cabin 5247 · Carnival Miracle

Cabin 5247 is a Balcony (category 8B) on Carnival Miracle.

Cabin 5247 is a Balcony on Deck 5, the Upper deck, of Carnival Miracle, and it sits well aft. This is a long way from the pivot, so a swell reaches you before it reaches anyone midship. We score it 6 out of 10 for steadiness.

On the ship's plan Chapel is two decks down, about 1 cabin along from you. A deck between you takes most of the noise out of it, and it is a short trip when you want it. We give it 9 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about, 6 out of 10.

Counting from the bow, it is the 72nd cabin position of 94 along Deck 5.

It is booked as a Balcony. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Against the rest of the ship it is better placed for getting around than 97 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers.
