Cabin 6394 · Carnival Freedom

Cabin 6394 is a Balcony (category 8B) on Carnival Freedom.

Cabin 6394 is a Balcony on Deck 6, the Upper deck, of Carnival Freedom. You are aft of midship. There is some movement here, more than midship and a good deal less than the ends. Most people never think about it. We score it 7 out of 10 for steadiness.

On the ship's plan the lift bank is on the deck below, about 1 cabin along from you. You will still walk to the stairs or the lift to reach it, so treat it as a landmark rather than a neighbour. We give it 9 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about, 5 out of 10.

Counting from the bow, it is the 125th cabin position of 170 along Deck 6.

It is booked as a Balcony. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

It suits light sleepers.
