Cabin 6414 · Carnival Dream

Cabin 6414 is a Balcony (category 8B) on Carnival Dream.

Cabin 6414 is a Balcony on Deck 6, the Upper deck, of Carnival Dream, and it sits aft of midship. You will feel a bit more motion than a midship cabin. Nothing dramatic. We score it 8 out of 10 for steadiness.

Cherry On Top sits on the deck below, roughly 3 cabins along the ship from you. A deck between you takes most of the noise out of it, and it is a short trip when you want it. We give it 9 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about, 5 out of 10.

Of the 220 cabin positions on Deck 6, this is the 158th from forward.

It is booked as a Balcony. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Against the rest of the ship it is steadier in a swell than 82 per cent of them and better placed for getting around than 96 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers and travellers prone to seasickness.
