Cabin 6459 · Carnival Magic

Cabin 6459 is a Balcony (category 8B) on Carnival Magic.

Cabin 6459 is a Balcony on Deck 6 of Carnival Magic, and it sits well aft. You are well out towards the end of the hull, which is where pitching is felt hardest. We score it 6 out of 10 for steadiness.

FunHub sits on the deck below, roughly 6 cabins along the ship from you. A deck between you takes most of the noise out of it, and it is a short trip when you want it. We give it 10 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about, 6 out of 10.

Of the 171 cabin positions on Deck 6, this is the 145th from forward.

The Balcony grade runs 168-205 square feet. The balcony adds another 35-46 on top of that. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Against the rest of the ship it is as quiet as anything on board and better placed for getting around than 94 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers.
