Cabin 7261 · Carnival Miracle

Cabin 7261 is an Interior (category 4E1) on Carnival Miracle, 149 to 185 square feet.

Cabin 7261 is an Interior on Deck 7, the Verandah deck, of Carnival Miracle, and it sits midship. You are at the top of the passenger decks, so the pools and the open air are just up the stairs, and you feel the ship move more than anyone below you. That is about as close to the ship's pivot point as you can get, and in a swell you will feel it less here than anywhere else on board. We score it 8 out of 10 for steadiness.

On the ship's plan Pool is two decks up, about 2 cabins along from you. A deck between you takes most of the noise out of it, and it is a short trip when you want it. Quiet comes out at 7 out of 10, roughly par for this ship. For getting about it is 4 out of 10, so add a few minutes to everywhere you go.

Counting from the bow, it is the 77th cabin position of 120 along Deck 7.

An Interior gives you 149-185 square feet. No window, which makes it the darkest and cheapest room on board and, for a lot of people, the best sleep they get all week. If waking to daylight matters to you, an ocean view is the smallest step up.

Against the rest of the ship it is noisier than three quarters of the 1,068 cabins on board and steadier in a swell than 88 per cent of them. It suits travellers prone to seasickness. It is a poor fit for anyone who wakes when a door closes and anyone who finds long corridors and stairs hard work.
