Cabin 7269 · Carnival Dream

Cabin 7269 is a Balcony (category 8B) on Carnival Dream.

Cabin 7269 is a Balcony on Deck 7, the Empress deck, of Carnival Dream, far forward. You are well out towards the end of the hull, which is where pitching is felt hardest. We score it 6 out of 10 for steadiness.

On the ship's plan Encore! Main Lounge is two decks down, about 2 cabins along from you. A deck between you takes most of the noise out of it, and it is a short trip when you want it. We give it 9 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about it is 4 out of 10, so add a few minutes to everywhere you go.

Counting from the bow, it is the 47th cabin position of 167 along Deck 7.

It is booked as a Balcony. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Against the rest of the ship it is better placed for getting around than 79 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers. It is a poor fit for anyone who finds long corridors and stairs hard work.
