Cabin 7291 · Carnival Magic

Cabin 7291 is an Interior (category 4F1) on Carnival Magic, 149 to 185 square feet.

Cabin 7291 is an Interior on Deck 7 of Carnival Magic, and it sits forward of midship. There is some movement here, more than midship and a good deal less than the ends. Most people never think about it. We score it 8 out of 10 for steadiness.

On the ship's plan the lift bank is two decks down, about 8 cabins along from you. You will still walk to the stairs or the lift to reach it, so treat it as a landmark rather than a neighbour. We give it 10 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about, 5 out of 10.

Counting from the bow, it is the 53rd cabin position of 170 along Deck 7.

An Interior gives you 149-185 square feet. No window, which makes it the darkest and cheapest room on board and, for a lot of people, the best sleep they get all week. If waking to daylight matters to you, an ocean view is the smallest step up.

Against the rest of the ship it is as quiet as anything on board, steadier in a swell than 84 per cent of them and better placed for getting around than 85 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers and travellers prone to seasickness.

Scored by Cruise Ship Wiki using model v1.8, from the position of this cabin relative to every public space on the ship. Each part is out of 10.
