Cabin 7401 · Carnival Luminosa

Cabin 7401 is an Interior on Carnival Luminosa, 149 square feet.

Cabin 7401 is an Interior on Deck 7 of Carnival Luminosa, and it sits aft of midship. You are at the top of the passenger decks, so the pools and the open air are just up the stairs, and you feel the ship move more than anyone below you. You will feel a bit more motion than a midship cabin. Nothing dramatic. We score it 7 out of 10 for steadiness.

The lift bank sits on the deck above, roughly 1 cabin along the ship from you. You will still walk to the stairs or the lift to reach it, so treat it as a landmark rather than a neighbour. We give it 10 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about, 6 out of 10.

Of the 163 cabin positions on Deck 7, this is the 154th from forward. You share Deck 7 with Pool. There are 185 cabins along this deck, so the corridor is a fairly ordinary length.

The Interior grade runs 149 square feet. No window, which makes it the darkest and cheapest room on board and, for a lot of people, the best sleep they get all week. If waking to daylight matters to you, an ocean view is the smallest step up.

Against the rest of the ship it is as quiet as anything on board. It suits light sleepers.
