Cabin 9406 · Carnival Dream

Cabin 9406 is a Balcony (category 8E1) on Carnival Dream, 168 to 205 square feet plus a private balcony of 35 to 46 square feet.

Cabin 9406 is a Balcony on Deck 9, the Vista deck, of Carnival Dream, aft of midship. You will feel a bit more motion than a midship cabin. Nothing dramatic. We score it 7 out of 10 for steadiness.

We give it 9 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about, 6 out of 10.

Of the 197 cabin positions on Deck 9, this is the 152nd from forward.

The Balcony grade runs 168-205 square feet. The balcony adds another 35-46 on top of that. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Against the rest of the ship it is as well placed for getting around as any cabin aboard. It suits light sleepers.
