Cabin 9624 · Legend of the Seas

Cabin 9624 is a Spacious Infinite Ocean View Balcony on Legend of the Seas.

Cabin 9624 is a Spacious Infinite Ocean View Balcony on Deck 9 of Legend of the Seas, and it sits midship. You are near the middle of the hull, where the ship does the least moving. In rough water that matters more than most people expect. We score it 9 out of 10 for steadiness, which puts it among the calmest rooms on the ship.

On the ship's plan Park Cafe is on the deck below, about 4 cabins along from you. A deck between you takes most of the noise out of it, and it is a short trip when you want it. Quiet comes out at 7 out of 10, roughly par for this ship. For getting about, 5 out of 10.

Counting from the bow, it is the 175th cabin position of 357 along Deck 9. You are about as central as the corridor gets, so it is a similar walk whichever way you turn out of your door.

It is booked as a Spacious Infinite Ocean View Balcony. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Worth knowing before you book: Crown and Anchor pays one cruise point a night at this grade. A suite pays two, and so does sailing solo on a double occupancy fare, which is the cheaper of the two routes if you are travelling alone anyway. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.

Against the rest of the ship it is as steady in a swell as any cabin on the ship. It suits travellers prone to seasickness. It is a poor fit for anyone who wakes when a door closes.

Scored by Cruise Ship Wiki using model v1.8, from the position of this cabin relative to every public space on the ship. Each part is out of 10.
