Cabin 9712 · Legend of the Seas

Cabin 9712 is a Family Infinite Ocean View Balcony on Legend of the Seas.

Cabin 9712 is a Family Infinite Ocean View Balcony on Deck 9 of Legend of the Seas. You are well aft. This is a long way from the pivot, so a swell reaches you before it reaches anyone midship. This far aft you may also pick up a hum from the propellers, usually at night when the ship is making speed between ports. Some people never notice it, others find it soothing, a few cannot ignore it. We score it 6 out of 10 for steadiness.

On the ship's plan Dry Slide is on the deck below, about 7 cabins along from you. A deck between you takes most of the noise out of it, and it is a short trip when you want it. Quiet comes out at 8 out of 10, roughly par for this ship. For getting about, 5 out of 10.

Counting from the bow, it is the 294th cabin position of 357 along Deck 9.

It is booked as a Family Infinite Ocean View Balcony. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

On loyalty, this is a standard grade, so Crown and Anchor credits its base one cruise point a night. There are exactly two ways to double that: move up to a suite, or sail on your own on a double occupancy fare. Either pays two a night, and doing both pays three. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.

Against the rest of the ship it is quieter than 88 per cent of the 2,811 cabins on board. It suits light sleepers.

Scored by Cruise Ship Wiki using model v1.8, from the position of this cabin relative to every public space on the ship. Each part is out of 10.
