Cabin 11522 · Star of the Seas

Cabin 11522 is a Spacious Interior on Star of the Seas, 260 to 340 square feet.

Cabin 11522 is a Spacious Interior on Deck 11 of Star of the Seas, and it sits far forward. This is a long way from the pivot, so a swell reaches you before it reaches anyone midship. Right up in the bow, a head sea can send a shudder through the hull that midship guests never feel at all. We score it 4 out of 10 for steadiness.

Quiet comes out at 8 out of 10, roughly par for this ship. For getting about it is 3 out of 10, so add a few minutes to everywhere you go.

Of the 318 cabin positions on Deck 11, this is the 14th from forward.

The Spacious Interior grade runs 260-340 square feet. No window, which makes it the darkest and cheapest room on board and, for a lot of people, the best sleep they get all week. If waking to daylight matters to you, an ocean view is the smallest step up.

On loyalty, this is a standard grade, so Crown and Anchor credits its base one cruise point a night. There are exactly two ways to double that: move up to a suite, or sail on your own on a double occupancy fare. Either pays two a night, and doing both pays three. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.

Against the rest of the ship it is quieter than 88 per cent of the 2,813 cabins on board, livelier in a swell than most of them and further from the action than most. It suits light sleepers. It is a poor fit for anyone who feels motion badly and anyone who finds long corridors and stairs hard work.
