Cabin 12190 · Allure of the Seas

Cabin 12190 is an Ocean View Balcony on Allure of the Seas, 182 to 198 square feet plus a private balcony of 42 to 55 square feet.

Cabin 12190 is an Ocean View Balcony on Deck 12 of Allure of the Seas. You are far forward. This is a long way from the pivot, so a swell reaches you before it reaches anyone midship. We score it 6 out of 10 for steadiness.

The forward lift bank sits two decks up, roughly 1 cabin along the ship from you. You will still walk to the stairs or the lift to reach it, so treat it as a landmark rather than a neighbour. Quiet comes out at 8 out of 10, roughly par for this ship. For getting about, 8 out of 10.

Of the 181 cabin positions on Deck 12, this is the 39th from forward.

The Ocean View Balcony grade runs 182-198 square feet. The balcony adds another 42-55 on top of that. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Worth knowing before you book: Crown and Anchor pays one cruise point a night at this grade. A suite pays two, and so does sailing solo on a double occupancy fare, which is the cheaper of the two routes if you are travelling alone anyway. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.

Against the rest of the ship it is quieter than 86 per cent of the 2,887 cabins on board and better placed for getting around than 88 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers and families running back to the cabin several times a day.

Scored by Cruise Ship Wiki using model v1.8, from the position of this cabin relative to every public space on the ship. Each part is out of 10.
