Cabin 12906 is an Interior on Deck 12 of Allure of the Seas. You are midship. That is about as close to the ship's pivot point as you can get, and in a swell you will feel it less here than anywhere else on board. We score it 9 out of 10 for steadiness, which puts it among the calmest rooms on the ship.

It is 7 cabins along the corridor to the aft lift bank. Close enough to be useful, far enough that it should not keep you awake. The aft lift bank on deck 12. Worth knowing: the highest of the aft cabin lobbies, with the AquaTheater below and the Windjammer above. Quiet comes out at 7 out of 10, roughly par for this ship. For getting about it scores 10 out of 10, so almost everything is a short walk.

Counting from the bow, it is the 111th cabin position of 181 along Deck 12.

An Interior gives you 150-172 square feet. No window, which makes it the darkest and cheapest room on board and, for a lot of people, the best sleep they get all week. If waking to daylight matters to you, an ocean view is the smallest step up.

Worth knowing before you book: Crown and Anchor pays one cruise point a night at this grade. A suite pays two, and so does sailing solo on a double occupancy fare, which is the cheaper of the two routes if you are travelling alone anyway. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.

Against the rest of the ship it is as steady in a swell as any cabin on the ship and as well placed for getting around as any cabin aboard. It suits travellers prone to seasickness and families running back to the cabin several times a day. It is a poor fit for anyone who wakes when a door closes.
