Cabin 6504 · Carnival Venezia

Cabin 6504 is a Terrazza Premium Balcony (category TL1) on Carnival Venezia, 185 square feet plus a private balcony of 75 square feet.

Cabin 6504 is a Terrazza Premium Balcony on Deck 6 of Carnival Venezia, well aft. You are well out towards the end of the hull, which is where pitching is felt hardest. This far aft you may also pick up a hum from the propellers, usually at night when the ship is making speed between ports. Some people never notice it, others find it soothing, a few cannot ignore it. We score it 2 out of 10 for steadiness. If you are at all prone to seasickness, look elsewhere.

On the ship's plan Venezia is two decks down, about 1 cabin along from you. A deck between you takes most of the noise out of it, and it is a short trip when you want it. We give it 10 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about, 6 out of 10.

Counting from the bow, it is the 238th cabin position of 244 along Deck 6.

A Terrazza Premium Balcony gives you 185 square feet. The balcony adds another 75 on top of that. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Against the rest of the ship it is as quiet as anything on board, livelier in a swell than most of them and better placed for getting around than 93 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers. It is a poor fit for anyone who feels motion badly.
