Cabin 8309 · Allure of the Seas

Cabin 8309 is a Boardwalk View Balcony on Allure of the Seas, 182 to 193 square feet plus a private balcony of 47 to 52 square feet.

Cabin 8309 is a Boardwalk View Balcony on Deck 8 of Allure of the Seas, and it sits well aft. Out at this end you feel the sea. In rough water the movement here is noticeably stronger. We score it 6 out of 10 for steadiness.

The nearest is Dazzles, and that is 11 cabins away down the corridor. Quiet, at the cost of a few minutes each way. Dazzles, the two deck lounge aft on deck 8. Worth knowing: live music and dancing most evenings. The room carries up through deck 9, so cabins beside it on either deck hear the same band. Quiet comes out at 7 out of 10, roughly par for this ship. For getting about, 6 out of 10.

Of the 171 cabin positions on Deck 8, this is the 146th from forward. You share Deck 8 with Vintages, Coach and the Art Gallery, Bar and Park Cafe. There are 329 cabins along this deck, so the corridor is a long walk end to end.

The Boardwalk View Balcony grade runs 182-193 square feet. The balcony adds another 47-52 on top of that. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

On loyalty, this is a standard grade, so Crown and Anchor credits its base one cruise point a night. There are exactly two ways to double that: move up to a suite, or sail on your own on a double occupancy fare. Either pays two a night, and doing both pays three. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.

Against the rest of the ship it is further from the action than most. It is a poor fit for anyone who wakes when a door closes.
