Cabin 8708 · Allure of the Seas

Cabin 8708 is an Ocean View Balcony on Allure of the Seas, 182 to 198 square feet plus a private balcony of 42 to 55 square feet.

Cabin 8708 is an Ocean View Balcony on Deck 8 of Allure of the Seas. You are well aft. You are well out towards the end of the hull, which is where pitching is felt hardest. We score it 6 out of 10 for steadiness.

Nothing sits close by: it is 10 cabins to Dazzles, the nearest thing of its kind. Quiet, at the cost of a few minutes each way. Dazzles, the two deck lounge aft on deck 8. Worth knowing: live music and dancing most evenings. The room carries up through deck 9, so cabins beside it on either deck hear the same band. Quiet comes out at 7 out of 10, roughly par for this ship. For getting about, 6 out of 10.

Counting from the bow, it is the 145th cabin position of 171 along Deck 8. Deck 8 also has Vintages, Coach and the Art Gallery, Bar and Park Cafe on it. There are 329 cabins along this deck, so the corridor is a long walk end to end.

An Ocean View Balcony gives you 182-198 square feet. The balcony adds another 42-55 on top of that. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Worth knowing before you book: Crown and Anchor pays one cruise point a night at this grade. A suite pays two, and so does sailing solo on a double occupancy fare, which is the cheaper of the two routes if you are travelling alone anyway. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.

Against the rest of the ship it is further from the action than most. It is a poor fit for anyone who wakes when a door closes.
