Cabin 9682 is an Ocean View Balcony on Deck 9 of Allure of the Seas, and it sits aft of midship. There is some movement here, more than midship and a good deal less than the ends. Most people never think about it. We score it 7 out of 10 for steadiness.

You are right beside Dazzles, some 1 cabin along the corridor. Handy, though worth knowing about if you sleep lightly. The upper level of Dazzles, aft on deck 9. Worth knowing: same band, same room, one deck higher. Cabins on this stretch of deck 9 sit directly beside it. Quiet scores 4 out of 10. There is enough going on nearby that a light sleeper should think about it. For getting about, 7 out of 10.

Counting from the bow, it is the 172nd cabin position of 226 along Deck 9. Deck 9 also has Dazzles on it. There are 393 cabins along this deck, so the corridor is a long walk end to end.

An Ocean View Balcony gives you 182-198 square feet. The balcony adds another 42-55 on top of that. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Worth knowing before you book: Crown and Anchor pays one cruise point a night at this grade. A suite pays two, and so does sailing solo on a double occupancy fare, which is the cheaper of the two routes if you are travelling alone anyway. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.

Against the rest of the ship it is noisier than three quarters of the 2,887 cabins on board. It is a poor fit for anyone who wakes when a door closes.
